This is my first blog post ever on my very own blog! I will probably end up talking way too much like I do in real life anyways. I guess I should start with a bio.

My name is Ryan, I am twenty years old and I live and go to school in New York City. Living in Manhattan is amazing, but it also has its downsides: such as men. It's pretty impossible to hold any type of relationship in Manhattan because to everyone else you're pretty much disposable. Everyone thinks they can just move on to the next person and forget about love. I don't know if I believe in love anymore. I know I'm only twenty I'm too young to think that. Well I never said I didn't and I never said I did. I just think our society is so messed up to the point where no one knows what they want anymore. It's always about instant gratification and if someone doesn't like one thing you do: NEXT! I believe the internet has ruined hope for relationships. It's so easy to flirt or whatever behind your partner's back. But whatever this is about me and not about how much I can't stand men. I'll get to that eventually.

Anyways, I was born in Connecticut, and moved to New York City when I was eighteen. I do not like Connecticut at all. If you would like to know the truth about Connecticut watch The Stepford Wives. That movie pretty much sums up the state. Since I am not fake in any way. I had to get out. So I did. Duh.

I went to Catholic schools for grammar school and high school. And while I am not the most religious person ever, I am completely grateful that my parents sent me to good schools, so that I was raised with morals and good values other than the ones that they instilled in me.

Family is the absolute most important thing to me. I would be nothing with them. And even my friends. I have the absolute most amazing friends in the world. You all know who you are :)

I love anything having to do with pop culture. I love Kelly Clarkson- she saved my life. Desperate Housewives is my favorite show. Reese Witherspoon my favorite actress.

So, you might ask why my blog is titled "Ryan is Over It." Well because I am. I'm over everything: people, places, things, events.

I'm over people tanning to the point where it looks like their skin is falling off.

I'm over people who can't hold a mature/committed relationship.

I'm over the cold weather.

I'm over Kristen Stewart and her awkward acting.

I'm over how big this woman on televisions forehead is.

I'm over people who don't know how to speak correctly.

I'm over a lot more than this. But you'll have to stay tuned. :)
